What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
Outreach is far ahead of competitors in terms of innovation. Their focus on the entire buying cycle and providing tools to reps at each stage is what makes them the leader in their category. Always forward thinking and never lagging in features or functionality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automation is by far the biggest value lever. But the qualitative solutions (in call coaching, sentiment analysis) are not far behind. Sequences are multi-channel out of the box and provide max flexibility
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the integration with salesforce can get wonky, however, this is just as much our problem as it is the platforms
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make a plan for training and adoption before pulling the trigger. There will be resisters initially, but there is something for everyone in Outreach
