Outreach is quick and easy to learn. Building sequences and managing tasks in the platform makes life a lot easier

Integration with other products like Salesforce and Gmail allow us to track leads

Highly recommend Outreach for SDR teams to manage prospects and cadences. Helps keep on top of leads and monitor activity

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
While Outreach offers many similar features to similar products, its ease of use is unmatched. I also feel their integrations and ability to embed them into existing workflows is a huge differentiator. Incredibly innovative and scalable as well
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The intuitive nature and ease of use is incredible. We have new team members who become proficient in the platform in a matter of days if not sooner. It is so easy to pick up and use
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the initials connections to phones/ phones systems were not as seamless as I would've hoped but were very easily troubleshot
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It will vastly increase the productivity of your sales team at the top of the funnel and increase the capacity to how effective sales outreach can be. It has been a tremendous game changer for all of our Sales and SDR teams
