Amazing all in one solution!

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

Outreach has amazing integration with the tools our organization already uses today. Rather than having 2 or 3 additional add ons to track calls, schedule meetings, etc. Outreach pulls all of those important features into one product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We recently expanded our usage to our entire Revenue Org operations, and so far I really like and appreciate that they have all found value in the offerings. Success Plans in Outreach specifically are a game changer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could use more formatting for global usage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is what you’re looking for. Get your team off of 3 different systems to accomplish different things, and check out Outreach. It’s easy to use, offer a vast array of features, and the training team is amazing.

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

The entire sales department of the company started using this software and without a doubt it has given us excellent results, as it helps us with the search for those potential customers, thanks to its many strategies, functions and tools, which allow us to increase sales and productivity in the sales team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very good tools to search and capture leads, it has allowed us to reach companies and customers that we did not have access to them. The segmentation of customers is also ideal, to reach people who are really interested in our product. And all the follow-up management is perfect, so we don't lose sight of the objective, which is sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I had difficulty with integrating many of the applications I needed to get the software up and running for my sales needs. Its learning process can be slow due to its interface design which is a bit difficult to understand as well as its many tools, but once learned, I was able to get the full potential out of the program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Entirely pleased with this software, as well as all the sales staff of the company, because it has helped us to get more customers and close more business in record time, it gave us the tools and resources to turn a purchase intention into a secure sale.

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

Advanced sales sequences (cadences) to streamline our outreach efforts. Detailed metrics that help sales managers track email marketing campaigns and link building activities. Customizing images and links for each recipient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Shows the number of email addresses to which I have sent our outbound campaign and we get accurate email statistics that show unique opens and the number of unique recipients that responded to our email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customizing the experience for reps is difficult and it is hard to extract reports for further analysis in other systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know that it can take a significant amount of time to set up the system but once it is up and running, people across your teams may be surprised about the ways they can use the tool and your business will benefit eventually.
