What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
Outreach has far more data and metric capability than other platforms used for Sales Enablement — this is extremely valuable to anyone leading sales teams and working on sales strategy. The ability to customize sequences is endless, and the automation capabilities are a huge time saver for sales reps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product are the integration capabilities with LeadIQ and Salesforce. This makes it very easy and almost full proof to see what is going on with Target prospects, and other deals in the pipeline.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t have any specific dislikes about this product, but I will say that I think there are a lot of features that may go unused just because sales reps may not know those features are available. Especially if they enter onto a sales team that is already using outreach, and does not have an onboarding session with an Outreach customer service rep but rather someone from their own company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that someone take 10 to 15 minutes to meet with someone from outreach went over there first introduced to the product, and also meet with other people on their team, and ask the best way to utilize the product and features for the desired result

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
The simple & main difference between other tools & outreach is that marketing is sent to a specific group of people or audience who have opted to receive these emails. In outreach, an audience is a specific group of people or audience who have opted to receive these emails.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Outreach is the best sales engagement platform out there. I've been using them for over five years now, and they are constantly innovating but staying best-of-breed regarding what they do. Sequences are their bread and butter, but all their other features are also amazing. Their support team is top-notch, and our CSM is also excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't much I dislike about the tool. Maybe setting up a new user isn't as intuitive with a "walk me" type walk-through, so that would be a plus. Whenever I onboard a new user, I have to guide them on their settings and what needs to be set up, so a walk me like walkthrough would be a huge time saver.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is helping with reporting and insight into my SDR team. I am able to see all types of reporting, and get a better understanding of what my team is doing everyday. It also helps my team keep up to date on their outreach. Without it, they would be all over the place.

Very detailed CRM sync, improved sales analytics and calendar scheduling routing while connected to internal dialer

Prepare your budget if you want to scale, have a very clear RFP between this and other competitors for better stakeholder decision-making.
