The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
The ability to have a consolidated omnichannel tool for sales outreach is unmatched by any other software I’ve experienced. Huge fan
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to quickly call prospects while reviewing their information on the LinkedIn integration. Admittedly, this link would break quite often so I’d be unable to view LinkedIn information. It may be worth mentioning that we also had a Salesforce integration with LinkedIn and I think this was more a LinkedIn issue/the middleware components
What do you dislike most about this product?
That you couldn’t search prospects by those who opened the email without going individually down a tight and small list on the right of the page. This seems a really obvious miss by Outreach, though I haven’t used the tool since almost a year ago so hopefully this was addressed. Why wouldn’t you offer a way for me to craft a call list based on prospects that have opened the email?
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Honestly? Do it. If you have a high volume sales organization that can benefit from this tool, then Outreach is the way to go.

You didn't need to be an automation genius to build automations

The price. For only a handful of seats we were paying a pretty hefty price

It's a very useful and easy to use tool. If you're team is small you may not find a benefit to it.
