The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. The best sales engagement platform

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
Outreach is by far the most polished Sales Engagement platform. I've been using them for 5 years now at 2 companies, and plan to introduce them at any future orgs I join. Easy to admin, flexible for end users, just far superior to what else is out there.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How flexible it is from an end user perspective. It may not be the most intuitive, but you have great flexibility. I'll take flexibility and being able to do what the end user wants to accomplish over intuitiveness because you can just train them on the features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It isn't that intuitive as an end user. You can always train them, but having a "walk-me" to guide them how to use the platform would be nice.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you buy! and test other platforms

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
It's much more data driven compared to other platforms i have used at other companies, which I appreciate as a sales manager
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of it. The SDRs on my team never have issues with the platform and they are able to move quickly with their tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really, I have no complaints. This is my second company using Outreach for a SDR team and no problems.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To have their SDRs complete the prospecting certification! It's been really helpful with the team. I would also encourage having "Test" accounts to walk through their prospecting process.
