What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?
I am a designer, teacher and author. I am a sole trader with around 50 different clients. Paymo lets me assign different pay rates for each client if I need to and I can drill down and assign different hourly or job rates within each project. This means I can charge my clients fairly for the time I spend working for them. If anything it is more complicated than I need. I don't use the planning aspect purely because I don't work like that. I mostly use the time tracker and the ability to generate a live report that the client can see helps me be transparent in what I do for a living.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Invoicing is easy now. and I'm not losing money like I used to by not marking down every minute spent working.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a bit too complicated for me. I don't really need tasks within tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have more than a handful of clients and if you have different pay rates for the work you do, Paymo will save you both money and time.

What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?
It has the facility to comfortably create tasks and assign them in the project; With its good interface we can see the entire CANBAN with great organization. It stands out because as the project progresses, we can add stakeholders, including the client himself without being part of the team; They facilitate team communication and task assignment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
More and more, they are adding more features and that makes it more intuitive and complete. I've been watching it on mobile for a while but they have optimized this view more, it's great! It's good to be with Payme, I hope it continues to keep its implementation cost low.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Normally I don't like to talk about negative characteristics, because if a product is in production it is because it has passed through the corresponding filters. However, if I have to say something about Paymo, it is that they should improve the module to invoice the project. Because it's confusing and basic. Also at the level of reports and statistical graphs it is very poor, today the data and information on use is very important for business decisions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend him to anyone who wants to work on software projects, digital marketing, even photography. fantastic! But keep in mind that its use must be continuous for them to discover the magic.
