What differentiates Performio from other similar products?

The platform comes with some pre-configured compensation plan logic, reporting, and analytics and allows for APIs to integrate with external systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Performio gives sales teams a way to track their quota attainment, earned commissions, and short-term incentives. Reps can view their potential commissions based on current deals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reports are limited in their customizability, difficult to understand unless you’re familiar with the formula-building process, and can be difficult to generate at scale.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Performio is a great solution to automate manual processes like data collection, compensation calculation, and commission statement distribution. It will provide your company with the relevant data required to calculate commissions.

It enables us to set our business up for success by analyzing historical trends mixed with sales representatives’ activity on deals. The main features include settlements of compensation disputes and changing sales behaviors

What do you dislike most about this product?

Automated invoice management procedure so that we can manage the incentive compensation with ease and allow us to spend more time and resources on important daily tasks

Performio allows you to ditch the error-prone spreadsheets and forget about the stresses of managing commission. You will track your team’s progress daily and reps will never question how much they have earned
