good product but a bit pricey

What differentiates PhoneBurner from other similar products?
They did a great job of setting us up and continue to provide very fast, efficient customer service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Good single line dialer, clean interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When importing leads, the system should not allow phone numbers more than 10 digits or less than 10 digits since they will NOT be called.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Phoneburner will make your life easy if you have Zoho CRM, what you will do is just to integrate it from Zoho CRM and it would automatically upload all of your selected contacts and you can start dialing.
