At Lessonly, one of our main objectives is rep development. We've identified 25 abilities that contribute to success as part of our approach, and honing those skills will help our business prosper.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Note-takers change games. Being able to focus on the call without taking notes has helped my sales. Listening to calls later is amazing too.

Transcribing phone calls is very inconsistent. There is a clear need for UX enhancement on the editor that was used to cut longer calls into smaller segments.
