What differentiates Planview AdaptiveWork from other similar products?
It really has a friendly approach to building workflows and the machine learning components work as expected. I'ts not a gimmick! It actually saves you time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The machine learning aspect of the platform was much smarter than I expected, and did actually wind up doing what it promised - saving me time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think there are many opportunites to expand on the platform's capabiliites. I would like to see a broader ecosystem of apps and integrations available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think this is a good alternative to something like Asana or Monday.com, that might fly under most people's radars. It's easy to use, intuitive and the machine learning component is rock solid.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Different profiles, layouts, and workflows allow you to personalize experiences for the end-users of different organizations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features are can be somewhat complex to implement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Keep it simple for initial implementations. ClarizenOne comes with an impressive portolio of different feature that can be overwhelming to a user if turned on all at once. Start with the basic must-haves, and as your users become more familiar with the tool progressively start adding the nice-to-have features.

It is for companies that need more than a task manager, companies that consider that project, program and portfolio management will be a differential. Just like team allocation.
