Great Product Life-Cycle tool not w/o a learning

What differentiates Polarion ALM from other similar products?
No experience on other ALM products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Flexibility and cooperative work are very strong plus points. Seemless integration with common tools (MS Office, drawIO) Versioning and traceability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some editing capabilities: Integration with DrawIO diagrams not idea, mainly when copying diagrams with rounded lines Excel tables are cumbersome to edit online. Work Items can't be moved between projects.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest on training/workshops for the tool. Tool has a lot of potential when used efficiently!
