What differentiates ProdPad from other similar products?
ProdPad is opinionated software. It has a model of working with ideas, feedback and initiatives that is very strong, but requires you to work in the way that the product suggests to get best value from it. If your processes are different from the way ProdPad thinks you should work, then you'll initially fail to get the value but once it 'clicks' with your workflow, it's extremely value-adding. Compared with Aha! it's more lightweight and less configurable, but that turns out to be to your advantage in achieving high agreement on how to work together.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There's a lot! The visual roadmap is the best feature, this really helps us to answer the question "What are you focused on now, next and later? And what ideas do you have for achieving each thing that you are focusing on?" Integrations with other systems are generally pretty easy to configure, although there's a limited number available and the rest requires a Zapier subscription to easily set up. Above all, the product team is very willing to take feedback and use it to further grow the product. Some of my suggestions have made it into the product. They are really nice people to deal with.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The usability of the product is not the best. It's a bit unintuitive and the experience seems to require a lot more clicking around than is necessary. This puts in place a hurdle to adoption. The product is optimised for small organisations, the enterprise-level support is nowhere close to the level provided by large vendors like Microsoft or Atlassian. It's especially tricky to work across multiple accounts. And ProdPad assumes that you already have a product set up; it doesn't provide functionality that
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would absolutely recommend ProdPad, especially to product leaders who are looking to shift from a deliverable-focused feature team structure to an empowered outcome-focused product team structure.
Pros

Cons
