The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Good Roadmap Tool, but Functionality is Basic
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates ProductPlan from other similar products?
We needed to visualize our roadmaps. Before using ProductPlan, we were constantly formatting roadmaps in PowerPoint and Excel, which always required updating. I like that ProductPlan integrates with Jira, so it automatically updates as we move tasks through Jira. In addition, I like that you're able to export the roadmap into an Excel or PDF view for easy sharing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ProductPlan integrates with Jira, making it easy to sync different epics, stories and tasks into a roadmap view. The lanes also automatically update to show progress based on what has been completed in Jira. I also like the ability to group items into containers that relate to one another. You can also create a portfolio view to show several roadmaps at once. Milestones can be added to showcase goals/dates you are working towards and items can be color coded.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it integrates with Jira, the dates don't line up, and you still have to drag and drop the different items to the appropriate month. I also wish there was a way to have different views of your roadmap (for example, zoom in on one week). While you can show dependencies, it is just a line between items and doesn't allow for additional context. It would also be great if you could show dependencies between items that are different roadmaps. We've been told that they're developing the ability to export to PowerPoint, but have not yet seen this available. Overall functionality is still somewhat basic but is headed in the right direction.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use the same labels across all of your roadmaps so that they share the same legend when creating a portfolio.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Respectful
- Client Friendly Policies
- Helps Innovate

Great roadmap tool with seamless ADO integration
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates ProductPlan from other similar products?
ADO integration is the standout for me. The other features, such as board management and prioritisation we do elsewhere, but they are great features to have. Ease of use is great, and with the ADO integration, the Product Owners I work with don't have to spend time updating stuff in multiple places. Really easy to create multiple different views depending on who you're trying to show information to, from squad level through to exec and customers. There's little else on the market that can do this, so if you're looking for a roadmap tool to integrate with ADO (or just a really good roadmap tool), this is a great choice. Support awesome too
What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Use the integrations functions, as well as the different views, to save yourself time and effort
