What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It contains an excellent software that allows you to live a digital experience through marketing which potentially helps you to increase your conversions generating more leads and contributing to the profitability of your business, it also studies sharing patterns providing you with templates focused on the user to live a better experience. It has an excellent interface that allows you to manage your tags and categories on your website, very easy to use and with an efficient performance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would help in terms of variety to be able to integrate more platforms than it allows, the technical support can get to have a little orthodox and late solutions which can delay a little the progress in the uncertainties and methods that need to be clarified at a specific time. In terms of customization they are a little limited, they could incorporate a little more to have more variety among users, some things are not so easy to use even requiring advanced programming knowledge.

What differentiates Progress Sitefinity from other similar products?
The tool is an excellent software for sales and customer management, which allows us to progressively track all customers throughout their life cycle, with a large number of functions that keep us close to our customers, generating extremely useful reports for their personalized attention. Our entire website is managed by Progress Sitefinity, which gives us several advantages in our entire sales process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Organizing pages is much easier with this tool, we can create lists and edit our blogs keeping customers closer to our services and products all this with a few clicks, the search function works very well in all aspects. With the Module Builder function we can edit at will our operations and thus facilitating the use of each of our employees who find in the tool what they need to be more productive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Image management can be a bit confusing at times, but with a little time and dedication it becomes easier to use. We would like to be able to experience more integrations with payment processors in the tool to facilitate the payment systems. The documentation could sometimes look a little messy, we would like to arrange it in a different way so that it facilitates the work and allows us to save time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
An excellent option when it comes to manage our web pages to keep attracting customers and make them stay in our company for a long time, a fairly simple user interface and adaptable to different needs, all this at a relatively good cost, because of all the things we can get from this software, especially recommend it to small and medium businesses that are interested in better control their website and sales channels.
