The tool is an excellent software for sales and customer management, which allows us to progressively track all customers throughout their life cycle, with a large number of functions that keep us close to our customers, generating extremely useful reports for their personalized attention. Our entire website is managed by Progress Sitefinity, which gives us several advantages in our entire sales process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Organizing pages is much easier with this tool, we can create lists and edit our blogs keeping customers closer to our services and products all this with a few clicks, the search function works very well in all aspects. With the Module Builder function we can edit at will our operations and thus facilitating the use of each of our employees who find in the tool what they need to be more productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Image management can be a bit confusing at times, but with a little time and dedication it becomes easier to use. We would like to be able to experience more integrations with payment processors in the tool to facilitate the payment systems. The documentation could sometimes look a little messy, we would like to arrange it in a different way so that it facilitates the work and allows us to save time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

An excellent option when it comes to manage our web pages to keep attracting customers and make them stay in our company for a long time, a fairly simple user interface and adaptable to different needs, all this at a relatively good cost, because of all the things we can get from this software, especially recommend it to small and medium businesses that are interested in better control their website and sales channels.

This is a very complete software that we use to create optimized websites, with everything they need to position and attract traffic. The platform allows you to have the seo module, where it guides you to optimize all web content for better positioning.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform has excellent data reports and metrics that give details of every interaction with visitors to the page. It also has customizable templates and models, which allow us to create page designs more quickly, but also, we can customize them so that they have the graphic line of the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a little while for the page to update the information, when you need to edit a text field or an image, and even the whole program slows down, making the editing process slower. Although we think it is easy to use, the page could be a little more friendly design, so that it is more intuitive to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very useful tool to create web pages quickly and that work perfectly, with useful and easy to use tools. Since we started using it we have not thought of switching to the competition, because we find that it gives us the results we have expected and we create more striking and creative web pages with its help.
