Work on Phones, can manage and fix many issues

What differentiates Pulseway from other similar products?

Use on the Phone. I really appreciate not being chained to my desk, and being able to reset services, reboot PCs and servers, etc from the phone. And having alarms on the phone is vital, could not be a one person business without that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Like I said, the integration with the Iphone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Never got the helpdesk to flow nicely. Keep attempting, but when I turn it on, the users get too many notifications, and the important ones do not show in my email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Expect to take some time understanding and setting up. Hopefully they will have more luck with the helpdesk features than I have.

What differentiates Pulseway from other similar products?

Has a decent amount of focus on internal IT departments instead of only MSP that most other products cater to.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Remote Control works decent and saves a ton of time for management

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features are not natively available but have to create workarounds to implement, discovery tool wasn't great need to use Group Policy to deploy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start out small to learn the product and take the time to fully configure policies before deployment, go straight to group policy deployment.
