Deploying Qualified was straightforward. The software is easy to use and all controls are within reach and understandable. I like the live chat features as well as voice calls The software helps increase conversion

If you're looking for a virtual assistant, then Qualified is probably what your business needs. It's affordable and offers amazing features. We have used it and it's very capable

What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?
Great tool, and had the ability to really fine tune the routing capabilities so that website visitors where routed to the correct rep, or the backup if that first rep was unavailable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Over all easy of use, and ability to quickly engage prospects and setup more meetings
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't think of anything I did not like, it is a really useful tool

It does take a lot of upfront time investment to get set up, and is built for teams to really utilize all the functionality

What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?
Qualified has excellent customer service and the white glove onboarding truly set us up for success. Their new product Signals offers the best first party intent aggregation that I have seen on the market and the fact that it ties into a chatbot that does a great job of helping you identify leads on your website in your ICP. Very happy with Qualified.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There isn't a single feature that I love, but overall 'Experiences', which help guide leads on the website to the right people at the right time, is the core part of the product that makes it so effective. We have not tried Signals yet, but we can tell it will be powerful moving forward.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Without the great onboarding process, the creation of experiences could be overwhelming. However, the CS team took care of everything.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The extra onboarding help is WORTH IT. Rachel Nielson helped us out and was incredible every step of the way.
