What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?
Qualtrics CoreXM is an excellent tool for quickly gathering customer data and insights. It is helping me to understand customer behavior better, identify trends, and make more informed decisions. It is also helping me measure my efforts' success and ensure that I am staying ahead of the competition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how comprehensive the tool is and how easy it is to use. It offers features such as surveys, focus groups, and customer feedback that are great for gathering data and insights. I also appreciate that it provides advanced features such as sentiment analysis and predictive analytics that can help me to understand customer behavior better and make more informed decisions. The reporting features are also beneficial for quickly visualizing the data and understanding customer sentiment better.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing structure of Qualtrics CoreXM can be a bit complicated and hard to understand, so it can be challenging to determine which plan is best for you. That being said, the customer support team is very helpful and can assist with any questions you have. I would also like to see more data security and privacy features, as that is an important consideration when dealing with customer data.

What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?
Successfully embedded into Core XM are a set of artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, that monitor our active surveys in real time, and provide recommendations to shape our surveys on the go by identifying potential pitfalls like mobile compatibility and issues with broken question logic. The above has resulted in improved response rate and response quality for all our survey campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Impressed by the quality of survey templates made available to me on CoreXM. These surveys cut across multiple use cases and have always been an inspiration to tap into , both in terms of the templates and even the quality of content ( survey questions ) that come with them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although CoreXM comes with pre-built data analysis features and tools like StatIQ and in-built dashboards to analyze feedbacks generated from our surveys, the quality of insights that we have gotten from these features, pale in contrast to what is obtainable on standard business intelligence software platforms. Not really disappointed too much with this, since CoreXM is not primarily a business intelligence tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am of the opinion that CoreXM has had an impact on our entire survey process, from the survey creation step to how we share surveys and even to how quickly we can extract insights from surveys.
