What differentiates Qualtrics EmployeeXM from other similar products?
I don't believe it's much different than other product in the employee engagement space. It does everything to an acceptable level. The product should improve to truly differentiate it from other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Qualtrics gives employees an outlet to express feedback to leadership. It's convenient and easy to use and takes a few minutes to complete most surveys. I find that it's lightweight and doesn't interrupt the flow of my work day too much when I'm asked to participate in a survey. I like the onboarding and recruitment tools as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took me a bit of time to get used to the UI. There are simple features I wish it had, like improved organizational hierarchies or better reports. I think for simple surveys it's a great tool but for more advanced surveys like our annual survey, there are better tools out there.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would consider this product if you want to collect employee feedback, understand trends, onboarding, employee experience management, performance management, and keeping a pulse on your organization to improve company culture.

Qualtrics EmployeeXM is a very helpful tool since it helps to maintain updated information regarding the operations which are carried out on the job thus improving the performance and the quality of the work team. I like how it helps to measure every stage of employee life cycle, tasks such as recruitment and prehire processes becomes very easy. Qualtrics EmployeeXM is also very easy to navigate through and it is very versatile and eye-appealing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Qualtrics EmployeeXM us a very effective and advanced tool that helps in managing operational information and experience. It has a very nice and smooth dashboard which makes it super easy to get started with. With this tool, it is so easy to create surveys and it is time saving and the customer service is top notch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much to dislike about Qualtrics EmployeeXM. It is a great and recommendable solution for employees management.
