What differentiates Quickbooks Enterprise from other similar products?
We were using Freshbooks, but as our business grew it was apparent we needed a more powerful solution with more features. Quickbooks is tried and proven across nearly every industry and there are many products that are compatible with it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We upgraded to Quickbooks because of added payroll functionality that Freshbooks couldn't deliver. We also had issues with Freshbooks - on certain transactions we needed to be able to charge sales tax, and no tax on others.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the features are not intuitive as others. Certain features lack the newer menus or have different dialogue boxes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Quickbooks is a standard in accounting so it's easy to find experienced CPA's at reasonable rates. It's like the Microsoft Excel for accounting. The only major difference with enterprise version is that multiple people can be logged on and editing the same file in real time. In other editions only one person can be logged on at a time.
Pros
- Enables Productivity
- Saves Time
- Acts with Integrity
- Continually Improving Product
Cons
- Less Generous
- Under Delivered
