It was offered by our service provider, covers our need and not require a lot of IT administration.

Not sure it evolution in the future and our communication roadmap integrated with the office productos.

Ring central has a unique transcription and AI summarization enabled during calls

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the transcription available and the ease to integrate with my salesforce crm

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing comes to my mind that I dislike, but I would suggest to optimize the application because it crashes sometime when used for longer durations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to implement, great support team, and AI powered dialer. Great for enterprise teams!

The admin portal is easier than other interfaces I've worked with. Once you understand it's quirks it's easy to navigate and use

The ability to make quick changes

Long wait times for tech supoprt

It will be a solid product for your business, but consider learning about how their web interface works so you don't need to contact them for everything.
