What differentiates RingEvents from other similar products?

The user friendliness and the availability of accessible customer support is a true differentiator. Being kept up to date of progress and developments as a timeline via monthly newsletters were very useful for us a business t see what new features would be appplicable to us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The comment sections in each page, encouraging attendee engagement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Complicated registration process for attendees of events. Demographic of our events were much older and not tech savvy, therefore having multiple clicks and options is confusing for them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend it. You can tweak this product to your business need and will end up being a great communication tool for your internal or external use.
