What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?
The easy of accessing analytics on RC admin portal and the ease of just downloading it and using it seamlessly is the key factor why I love this app.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Messaging, Phone and Meetings all in 1 RC app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some bugs encountered at regular intervals that at times impact my workday

Do go for it. It's cost effective and very efficient in what it's built for.

What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?
What makes RingCentral stand out in its field is its ease of use. It is extremely user friendly and requires almost no training (very little) to give a new employee or a current employee the ability to use all the features RingCentral provides, on a daily basis.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect would have to be the simplicity of the product. It’s a no frills product, but that makes it’s easy to use, affordable and reliable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish RingCentral was more innovative as far as developing features on an ongoing basis to keep up with users developing needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your looking for an affordable, reliable, easy to use VOIP provider, RingCentral is an awesome option. Just don’t be surprised that it is less robust in terms of features it provides compared to others in the field.

What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?
Other products are more efficient when trying to connect a meeting. However, the user has to download a program to enter a meeting. Moreover, it does not work with all systems and is not friendly to the user from mobile.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nothing, Rincentral has nothing special to offer. I prefer to use other applications in the market.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Connection problems and application download from any user.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are many applications available in the market. Easier to use and more productive. RingCentral will be very expensive for the ROI it provides. Many times we had to jump to another conference platform because Ringceltral was not working.
