What differentiates Riskonnect Business Continuity & Resilience from other similar products?

This tool can be used in a variety of ways, making it a very intuitive asset to the TEM strategy. For example, you can track all assets and IT inventory within the platform, as well as their corresponding contracts, contract expiration dates, and everything related to the invoice processing side of those IT inventories. Clearview also tracks regularly processed invoices, such as utilities and the corresponding services, and offers free payment of these invoices, allowing internal staff to focus on more rewarding/less mundane tasks. Internal workflows are streamlined by having a centralized location to track IT assets, process invoices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For corporate transparency, inventory tracking for wireless, wireline, WAN, servers, and other assets is used. Because each invoice is tracked, approved, and paid on time, costs are kept under control. Because the site is accessed via SSL/SSO web, there are no security concerns or IT bottlenecks. The design has been refreshed and updated, resulting in a better user experience. Smaller TEMs are more helpful and dedicated to your needs, as opposed to big box stores that automate everything or pass you back and forth between representatives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only web-based content is appropriate for sharing on social media. It is possible to share across multiple channels at the same time, but it can be confusing. Facebook shares function differently than LinkedIn and Twitter shares. Relinking social accounts on a regular basis is required. It necessitates someone regularly uploading content in order to share and send it to individuals. It can, however, be shared with a few mouse clicks from an email or by logging into the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Clearview is highly customizable for each client by the supporting staff, resulting in a one-of-a-kind experience for each client. A corporate automotive user's structure and needs will be very different from those of a hospitality or healthcare user. Transparency is critical in telecom environments, and I believe that using software like Clearview helps to ensure inventory is as current as possible. The cost allocation aids in billing and understanding corporate spending, which is extremely helpful when developing and reducing budgets. Clearview's alternative would be time-consuming and inefficient Excel spreadsheets.
