What differentiates Robin from other similar products?
User friendly interface with easy options to understand. Automated process to reduce manual room bookings. Real-time updates on booked, available rooms. Easy to book within a moment. Multiple users with specific roles and access. Access from desktop, laptop. mobile, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Robin has a user friendly interface which makes users easy to book rooms within a moment from their devices. It makes all processes automated to reduce manual bookings and errors. You will get real-time updates on booked rooms and available rooms for your requirement. You can book your desk in your office also as per your comfort. You can see who are beside your desk and can customize the time for the booking. You can set policies as per your company to rooms, desks that who can access to rooms and who can book desks from different areas of the office.Once you booked it will notify you and once you checked-in it will be reserved till the time
What do you dislike most about this product?
Robin takes user's feedback seriously and work on the same. Once I had an issue with errors in filter and I gave the feedback to Robin's support team and within a couple of minutes issue resolved and I got confirmation on the same immediately which impressed me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As Robin is also a small company with great features it focuses on small and medium businesses to fulfill their requirements with it. It provides convenient plans according to your company size and requirements. You can compare with other competitors and will sure find this one useful. Before taking plan you can use it's 14 days free trail to understand the tool. You can easily integrate with your comfortable tools for better experience. I have found this helpful in my company.

It is easy to book a meeting, but the calendar integration is a real plus for me.

It is not as fast loading room data at times.

Think of the optimal scenario you want for your business, and then see if this can meet every aspect of that.

What differentiates Robin from other similar products?
In my opinion, Robin is the market leader in room booking and they are quickly gaining traction in space management and desk bookings. You can use iPads as the rooms screens so there is no proprietary hardware to purchase that is hard to replace when it goes down. The ubiquity of iPads makes them easy to deploy quickly and easily. The integration with calendaring platform makes the transition to using robin easy for end users, or if you prefer they can use the robin web portal or mobile app either independently or in tandem with your calendaring platform of choice.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As an end user my favourite aspect is ease of use. As the administrator or owner of the product it's ease of integration and maintenance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The space management and desk booking applications are still in their infancy- it's not a dislike so much as an area which needs lots of improvement. Robin knows this and is actively improving and building these parts of the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Maybe see if they have a client site you can visit to see the room booking application running in person. Think about how you will deploy this and whether your employees will use the Robin application or are they already used to booking rooms or desks through their calendars - it can do both. It shouldn't be hard for you to find someone at a company you know using Robin- they are quickly becoming the go-to platform for room/desk bookings so it should not be hard for you to get a "real life" demo as opposed to just a sales pitch.
