Simple and very efficient to handle all those burdensome expense notes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cheaper monthly fees if paid annually. I like the integrations with accounting software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Improving the reimbursement system could make this software better.

What differentiates Rydoo Expense from other similar products?

Very good tool to use for project-related expenses and submitting expenses in packets as opposed to individual line items.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Multiple currencies are handled easily and allows managers to run reports on their departments without accounting interference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are times the authenticator on the app is down which can make it difficult to control transactions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has been great and their support is outstanding. Its appropriate for budgeting bigger purchases and complex purchase orders.

What differentiates Rydoo Expense from other similar products?

Great that I can just take a photo of the receipt and it is stored and the instant approval speeds us our accounting procedures.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part is this app computes the different currencies and manages my reimbursements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there is a few information that don’t sync properly with the desktop version and the mobile app version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easiest way to manage all your company expenses.
