What differentiates Sage CRM from other similar products?
With this piece of software, everything can be done in a variety of ways. However, certain users will also adore it. The functioning is rather seamless once you fully comprehend how the system operates. Going from one step to the next made logical sense. For our clients, Sage CRM has been excellent. We can ensure everyone has access to specific papers by using the functionality of the shared document.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It maintained records of received and sent projects, inventories, sales, tax reports, etc. It is possible to customize the application's layout so that it is easy to manage client information and attract potential customers. Leaving notes is fantastic for the entire sales staff to evaluate and comprehend what was discussed. Each feature Sage provides is advantageous. Sage never fails us, yet we are completely dependent on it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
CSV files must be able to be uploaded. Making a drawing journal with 500 sheets, some of which have repeated names and dates, can take some time. It can sometimes be challenging to read the body of texts while drafting because the text window needs to be enlarged to remove unused or unneeded items.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Field-based salespeople benefit greatly from quickly and effectively. The ability to manage our leads and prospects at every stage of the sales funnel was what I appreciated best. My life and the lives of my coworkers were made considerably simpler by being able to track the many stages in one user-friendly app.

What differentiates Sage CRM from other similar products?
We have been able to see a constant improvement in sales and the performance of the sales teams as such; it simplifies the storage and consultation of customer data and, therefore, the contact and interaction with them. We have been able to sustain a perfect relationship with customers, and at the same time, it has helped us to increase sales performance with significant savings of time and energy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sage CRM has brought a lot to our sales team and has made things easier in the organization. Its user interface is intuitive on a large scale and is not difficult to use. The features it integrates help us capture and store all the information our sales team may need to onboard customers, improve customer relationships, offer the most appropriate products and services, and effectively drive sales. I love being able to have such a powerful, flexible and efficient CRM tool in my organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In the invoicing area there are certain field limitations; so far it is the only thing I have not liked, otherwise it has been exceptional.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have chosen this tool because of its ability to store and query customer data, it makes everything easier for our sales reps and related personnel. It is a powerful CRM tool and brings significant time and energy savings to the sales and customer relationship teams.
