It is a all in one software for all of your customer data management. We personally use it and we are saving a lot of time and money.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are plenty of things but for me it would be the user friendly UI and the varity of options.

Pricing model can be improved a bit.

There isn't anything to dislike, it has never failed me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce is the only software you need to be successful in terms of managing customer data. I would highly recommend this or even a different one since Salesforce has a dozen entities.
