It has limited reporting and analytics features. It also has lot of restrictions while setting up the integrations.

I JUST PREFER MARKETO'S EASE OF USE.

IF YOU AREN'T USING SFDC, I SUGGEST YOU LOOK INTO IMPLEMENTING MARKETO FOR YOUR MARKETING AUTOMATION AND LEAD NURTURING. IT HAS MORE FEATURES AND EASIER TO USE THAN PARDOT. (I'VE USED BOTH)
