What differentiates Salesforce Field Service from other similar products?
One stop solution where we can do entire process of service like registering the complaint till delivery of product after service gets over.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As it is one line platform easy to get all the information about the vehicle since it get booked and also till the service history. Invoice generating is very simple. Job card creation and addition of spares become easier and thus increases the productivity. It is just impressive go for it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
More training videos are required as it was different to learn in the beginning.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Simple steps and all together in one application thus it saves cost and time.Works great in improving service and productivity.

The layout is great. It has been a brilliant product to role out for service based roles. Work order allocation and creation is easy, I have been able to train multiple members of staff in this very easily.
