What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization from other similar products?
Very quick to get used to, so integration was fast. Everything is clearly laid out in the UI and there are a lot of nice little features for tracking.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All the nice features for tracking and updating client portfolios.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Could offer more connectivity to the other hubs, but overall nothing major.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would use this or hubspot, both have different pluses or minuses,

Interaction Studio enables our organization to gain a thorough understanding of each of its clients and stakeholders and use that information to deliver extremely relevant, individualized experiences by incorporating in-depth psychosocial data analysis and cutting-edge machine teaching with data from traditional sources. The options this tool offers are what truly astound me.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product has a fantastic support staff; they are accessible around-the-clock and assist firms with plan and daily requirements. The user's research is excellent for evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and making adjustments to settings based on that data. Additionally, it is quite simple to create consumers and get a sneak peek of our purpose.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although some functionalities have a little steep learning curve, it is acknowledged that prior experience with AB testing is required using this type of system. The tool can be unstable and fail occasionally. The learning curve is average. Learning how to create learning recipes can be challenging at first.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The data and test results were great for us, and it is simple and easy to use. We had a terrific time working with the Salesforce Interaction Studio team and had a positive time using this amazing technology. When contrasted to data from web traffic, the data's reliability was also very high.
