What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?

Where Salesforce Platform Shines, when personalization matters we expanded our targeted marketing capabilities by incorporating customer lists to enable segmentation based on historical data hung from a record, which has helped us gain more referrals with higher conversion rates and maintain authentic relationships supercharging all we do across both of the brands.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite are that it makes us stop making decisions on the go while we have real time data at our salesperson's fingertips, finally put in one single program; and from my perspective, nothing matters more than strong decision making and strategic planning. In the end, I like Salesforce Platform. Once I got past the learning curve, it was pretty intuitive and the support has been awesome.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Smaller companies can be agitated by the price of licensing, and getting hit with additional fees for certain add-ons and services can send your budget through a loop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best for customization and power Salesforce may not be the right choice if you need a simpler system. The mix of these pros and cons has put Salesforce Platform key in our stack allowing us to be more efficient in delivering value for what we are here at Woovio.
