What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?

Unlike other similar products, Salesforce is entirely operated through cloud. You can use Salesforce at any place where there is internet

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like about Salesforce is that a case is automatically created once a client emails the assigned email of the platform and is also automatically designated to the correct account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When a case is closed, a follow-through email in the same case is not immediately assisted. A notification of a follow-through email in a closed case will be helpful to the case handler.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the benefits of Salesforce is you can check all the requests made by clients through the cases. It will be a big help in monitoring statuses of different clients

It's the best platform for any background whether it be IT or non IT. Anyone can start from scratch and Excel in this product implementation

I would say anyone can go blindly with this product as their core value is Trust with which you can achieve greater heights in any sectors

Salesforce is a very good choice whether you are a small, medium or large sized company, the issues that you should consider are the price, and the complexity of creating any project (the design) then also you should consider that for sure the employees will require training sessions to know how use it.
