The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

The Biggest and The Best! Salesforce Was Great!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Salesforce Sales Analytics from other similar products?
I think it is because they understand analytics better than anyone else. In my industry, they love their numbers. In fact, it was one of the reasons I loved the job. Salesforce uses the best of my world that I am familiar with and all the other industries use of such things and makes a fun and effective product that improves efficiency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think the list creating is my favorite thing. Something so simple and basic is something that makes my day a lot smoother. We had an internal solution at my company beforehand, and although we mastered using it, it was still clunky. Salesforce gives me things I wished I had years ago.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the one thing I didn't like was more on my company's end. I felt that we were all learning together, and because of that, I felt that productivity was very watered down at first. But then eventually, I think we got the hang of the software relative to what we are used to doing day to day, and by then we were pros. Nothing bad to say about the product itself. We all know there is a learning curve with anything.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give your people some time to learn it. Nothing worse than someone who implements a new wrinkle into how you do business and expect to be a wizard on it immediately. No. Salesforce is an amazing tool, which is made even more amazing by allowing your staff to understand the nuances of the product over the period of a couple weeks.
Pros
- Trustworthy
- Effective Service
- Saves Time
- Respectful
Cons
- Commodity Features
- Less Efficient Service
