A clear leader at the top of their game

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
SFDC (especially lightning) makes the life of an entire sales organization easier, but it doesn't stop there. If you're an IT Business partner, or a CRM admin, or if you work on marketing automation or demand generation, you will find SFDC to be a common space/platform through which you can reach not just sales but through them, end customers. I'm genuinely impressed by how much innovation the company brings through their platform and I dare say there is no direct competitor to them, feature by feature, especially not at the enterprise level. Also, I don't know of any great sales tool that doesn't connect to SFDC these days!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How intuitive it gets after a while. Even if you give your reps access to a lot of modules, they'll figure out the way to be really efficient, really fast.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Just to name one that I don't hate but I think could do better: reports are still not that simple, especially not when you have a few hundred (or thousand) reps and multiple regions, market segments and you use more than 2-3 modules.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do consider the size of your business and your sales team, the type of relationships they have with their customers and how much automation you can handle. If the answer to those questions is "a lot", or "big", go with SFDC. There's no better platform out there.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
I have only experienced in working with Salesforce Sales Cloud which is very productive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The functionality of this platform has always been effective across the entire organization. It gives insights on the market progress and how prices of different brands are varying with time so that we can plan. Customers data and pipeline is well controlled with timely decision making.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing I can complain about the performance since I started working with this platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I totally recommend this platform to any organization that is ready to grow with better sales and marketing planning.

Salesforce Sales Cloud have a very professional team behind it that keep working on new updates all the time making sure that they are using all the latest technologies to create such a great product
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Salesforce Sales Cloud, companies such as ours who has a lot of sales people in various regions, are able to stay updated on all projects going around and we can jump in anytime needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of having Salesforce is a bit high, but you get what you are paying for.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend that you have a look at Salesforce, it will help you see all the information infront of you all the time and will make sure you never lose a sales without knowing why you did
