It’s so user friendly and you can really update all of your critical information in real-time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the fact that I can access Salesforce from so many different areas of my system, and that they can be updated knowing the data is in there waiting!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it is difficult to find certain aspects of the information, because of where it is embedded.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that they keep an open mind and let the data work for them while they are looking for ways to maximize it.
