Salesforce offers robust configuration and customization capabilities ,the user interface is user-friendly and rich integration capabilities makes it different from its competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesforce integration capabilities is outstanding and the user interface is modern and clean.Exceptionally adaptable. Helps sales team to close more deals fast and the system offers all the data they need to manage contacts,look for leads and run effective marketing campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unless you are using the premium support,customer support does not respond quickly. Salesforce has a higher learning curve which makes it difficult for most users to fully use some of the features as they only learn the basic features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce in an all in one platform that offers organizations all that they have to discover and hold clients, close deals and develop business.
