What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Salesforce Sales Cloud is cheaper compared to what it offers. You get much more than you pay since it has many features, some that allow you to learn while still using it. Another feature that differentiate Salesforce Sales Cloud from similar products is flexibility to use. Once you learn how to use, it also becomes easy to customize to meet your company needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Salesforce Sales Cloud is task management. It allows me to manage all my tasks in order of their urgency. Also, the email marketing feature allow me to send emails to specific customers. Besides, mobile access has enabled different teams from different departments to share their work even when they do not have their computers, a feature that has ensured that work flows as planned.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not have any feature that I dislike in Salesforce Sales Cloud. All the features that I have used as well as my team have served us perfectly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For improved communications and workflow management in your business, try Salesforce Sales Cloud. The outcome in terms of team management, customer relation management, sales force automation and lead management are great.

Not a fan of the product as a user. But happy sales is using something.

Lack of analytical maturity or accessibility and user experience.

Hire a real in-house developer that has lot of experience in best practice implementations.
