The ease of use. You can do things really quickly and really efficiently, with the click of a button. It allows to send emails to customers if you have the function integrated and also allows for great management of staff who use it

Nothing of theis oduct is bad

It's great for customer information and actioning things for customers. It's great to use to monitor what your staff has done on the customers accounts as well

The prospect timeline provides full visibility on the stage of prospecting, making it easier to track the success of sales campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve is relatively steep.
