What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

It provides wide range of features and functionality for Sales Teams for lead and opportunity management, sales automation , analytics and allow organizations to manage their entire sales process in one platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reports and Dashboard is my favorite aspect of this product. It provide summarize data of the business in very simple form through which customer can analyse their business and implement strategies accordingly. Overall it is very helpful for the enhancement of productivity of the business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Salesforce Sales Cloud is expensive for small businesses. It offers wide range of features, sometimes operating it can be overwhelming for some users. Sometime integrating other platform with salesforce takes long time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise is a fantastic product. It is very helpful for increasing the productivity of the business and also save lots of time.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Having been working in Sales and Sales related projects for more than 12 years, I can say with great confidence that Sales Cloud is the most easiest, comprenhenisve tool in the market. It's really intuitive and unlike other sales platforms, it's easy to set-up and -most importantly- to understand. In just one seating, an average end-user can comprehend all the data flows as well as how to interpret that data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many things I like about Sales Cloud, among them: it updates or launches new funcionalities periodically (at least 3 times a year); it reallys is designed by taking into account the end-user perspective, all its funcionalities help you one way or the other to achieve your oganizations sales goals

What do you dislike most about this product?

When yo hit a glitch, you have to do a lot of self learning and self understand. Sometime it would be better and faster if you could talk directly to a Salesforce consultant

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would give 3 recommendatios: 1) Keep in mind what you want to achieve by using Salescloud (Sales Rep control, Sales Productivity Increase, Sales KPIs monitoring, etc), 2) Define a clear data strategy in order to keep it organidez and 3) Implement a change management campaing so eveyone understand Salescloud benefits
