First off be crystal clear on what your business needs. Salesforce is full of customization's, meaning that you can end up paying for features you don’t actually need. Start with the basics and grow from there. Second, consider partnering with a consultant to help with implementation. This will make the process a lot smoother, especially if your team isn’t tech-savvy. Lastly, make use of the training platform.
