I have used Salesforce Sales Cloud for 6+ years now and have never used a similar product. Salesforce quite literally is the best cloud CRM software you can get your hands on.

Ease of implementation, seamless app integration, and overall ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I cannot say there is anything that I dislike about the product. I would recommend this to everyone across all industries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce has a huge name for a reason, and it is backed by how magnificent the product is to use on a daily basis and generate revenue for your company.
