What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Sales cloud provides a level of flexibility and customisation which no other products can match. This also dictates the price as a market leading product, often fighting against industry specific CRMs, but once you look further down the business roadmap to integrations and other departments it is a no brainer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting functionality is best in class, whilst you can purchase tableau to beef up the reporting the out the box functionality provides more than enough intelligence to provide all teams and management with the reports they need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that lots of features are hidden behind additional license costs or new product spheres.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider reaching out to a consultancy to implement as it is fairly vanilla out of the box and will not be customised to your business' needs.
