What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise is more intuitive to use, many of our new employees are able to pick it up right away and get rolling. Usually this type of software needs Indepth training, but not this one.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product is very cost effective, it makes the best overall sense for our company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the interface on the mobile device.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend to get it, it makes my job so much more enjoyable!

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise the most to me is mainly the level of customization available for use within the software. I pull various charts daily within the software and love how it can save my settings and even refine my settings to generate more precise data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I would say my favorite aspect is how user-friendly the software is and customizable the various settings are to generate exact data being sought.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would say the only thing I dislike about the software is the fact that it does not have any apparent SSO settings to allow for 3rd party applications to be ran within the software,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say that if someone is looking for a straightforward and user-friendly software for tracking Sales and other customer-related data, this software is a good place to start.

It combines all of our software into one place and has so many features to put links and attachments.

Being able to do multiple tasks on one page.

Can't copy paste in chatter. Email templates are a NIGHTMARE,

Great for orchestrating a lot of services all in one place.
