What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
It's like comparing a V12 engine to a V8 or V6, the others are still going to be plenty powerful for most of your likely needs; however, if you want to take things to that next level where you have all the pieces in play to stretch it's legs and setup the product in the way that makes it most effective then you will find a noticeable difference between this and competitors. That being said, a tiny percentage of companies are positioned in such a way and are capable of understanding how to strategically tie it all together to make the most effective use of Salesforce, especially at it's price point.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has everything under the sun under its hood and if you are a skilled Salesforce user, and really have an advanced grasp of the product and it's features/capabilities, there really is nothing out there that really competes from top to bottom.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's lightning integration was a great addition from a UX standpoint, but they need to really give the product a 360 and assess whether it's become more of a hazard to the key aspects that a modern revenue engine requires to be effective.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce is still the number CRM of choice and the best of breed, especially for companies at the enterprise level. That being said, any startups that are in hypergrowth or earlier stage and looking to scale have other more cost effective options out there now that are way more user friendly and have a breadth of features that are more practical. Do not just consider Salesforce anymore, just because you've always used it or because of the name.

This program is in a constant analysis of my market and the movement we make to take each of the sales of our work by the hand, this helps us to have a better idea and workflow, as well as correct our mistakes to be much faster to respond to each of the demands and needs that our market gives us, having Salesforce Sales Cloud at hand is a great advantage, since the intelligence of this program works as an engine that drives us to accept the sales for the company, this program makes life and work much easier since we have it installed and has been one of the main reasons for the increase in customers entering our cloud accounts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest negative aspect of this program is how difficult it is to manage each of the functions of this program with perfect control, the truth can be very difficult to achieve this, since the level of complexity of the program is quite high and the interface does not help much to understand the correct action of certain abilities that the program has and we do not know how to implement them in our work, this is a nuisance since I want to get the most out of this program, even more the price of the program.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a program that becomes a necessity to deal with all your clients and carry out the best administration required by the multiple commercial and economic projects that my company experiences on the web. He recommended it because in all the years that I have been using it, it has It has been a huge support to make multiple sales.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
Its a great tool and has so many things to offer. It does not always have the flexibility we need but its still better than most anything else in other ways
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to manipulate so much data and use it in so many ways.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It doesn't customize enough for me, there are great tools included and they have thought of a lot, but it needs a bit more flexibility

Get your staffed trained prior, they have great training available
