What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
Salesforce is the only sales tracking, data management CRM you will ever need, regardless of whether your company has a team of 200 salespeople or just 2. This is because each user is given access to a variety of features at a price that is incredibly low compared to the actual cost of using Salesforce. Since moving to Salesforce, our overall sales have increased by another 20–30%!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lead management, marketing automation, and contact management are all CRM features available on this platform. The tools can be used for planning and monitoring marketing campaigns, tracking leads, managing client accounts, and providing post-purchase support. This depends on your desire for complex data management. Ideally, if you're seeking a way to manage details, then this is for you; it's a wonderful experience to do so as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Salesforce is more of a framework than an entire solution right out of the box. All but the most basic solutions require some amount of tweaking. A poorly executed implementation will impede usability and user adoption even though a well-planned one could fit like a glove.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are many choices for customization, so you may build the programme exactly as you want it. Additionally, playing with it is a lot of fun. It worked effectively with the few clients I used it with, each of which had fairly different demands. A large level of automation and simple connections to other service providers are also advantageous to us.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
One of the problems we faced before to switching to Salesforce was the inability to monitor salesperson activities. To follow the development of our representative throughout the course of the year, we may also obtain thorough reports. We can more easily keep track of leads and accounts and determine when there was last any action. Good data allows us to monitor and manage the sales process. This aids in planning and eventually boosts our organizational effectiveness. Using the interface with outreach, we can also do highly successful outbound work. Everything operates flawlessly for us because to the outreach integration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For businesses dealing with enormous volumes of data, Salesforce is incredibly helpful. Without such a potent CRM, we would be unable to do our duties. Additionally, Outreach sync functionality is rather good. Dashboards are wonderful, especially for sales representatives who want to monitor their development over the course of the year. You can check where you are in the year, how much more you need to sell to meet your quota, etc. I don't need to alter the CRM because I receive what I need from it now.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Contacting Salesforce if you have an issue might be difficult, but there are articles and videos available to assist you. If you don't know what you're doing, Salesforce might be a little challenging to manage (especially the legacy version of CRM). Additionally, there is a significant knowledge gap about Salesforce, making it challenging to bring everyone up to speed. As a result, certain team members may utilize Salesforce in a powerful way due to prior experience, but that knowledge may not be readily transferrable to others. Because Salesforce can be really daunting for new users, I'd really like to see it become more user-friendly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It will be highly efficient, however I suggest Salesforce connectors that are good. Don't feel obligated to use every function that is offered. Use the ones that will help your business and you. Feel free to use the Internet to discover a blog or a video if you need help with something. Numerous Salesforce users are eager to assist others.
