The product allows me to access dashboards/reports and make actionable decisions and allows me to review the business in one spot.

Dashboards and reports are easy to use and allow for some level of customization.

Some of the process and time to get additional items added or integrated.

Scale. Their organization is always looking for new tools to integrate and grow. Both for their business and your own.

Its industry specific version is time consuming and costly too.also There is no native system to back office system This thing a user dislikes much
