What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how customizable Salesforce can be, i like the fact that I can combine my data to make my analytics inside different objects which it permits for third-party integrations, which may facilitate offer solutions to things very quickly because you also have the chat process and also the email process. Also, it gives me huge power to create my dashboards and reports on the info gathered in this so reducing my dashboard building efforts and provides me the flexibility to customise its fields according to my needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This could be supported the program manager or configuration of the application, however several of the views have too many fields with none information. Some aren’t clear on what they mean. Needs a great deal of scrolling through many blank fields to induce the relevant data that’s present throughout.
