What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
It is flawless to invoke changes for the nontechnical user because it's way easier to use. The code can easily be pulled out anytime and can be changed. It helps you building APIs which can be manipulated easily but even non-technical workers as well. It controls your content from anywhere. It helps you create and distribute your content. It is easy to distribute globally. It provides you centralized content management hub so data can be accessed easily. It provides product improvements as well. It is user-friendly and speed is really good. It provides you excellent customer service. It is great for marketing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Salesforce is the best customer relation management application all of its features work well for automating our sales. Lead management features let mAs Zoho CRM is an online application so it requires a strong internet connection for work seamlessly and prices are very high, I found the price of premium version very high for our small company. Customer support service doesn't respond quickly, so these are the cons I found in this application and these issues need to be resolved for better performance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As Salesforce CRM is an online application so it requires a strong internet connection for work seamlessly and prices are very high, I found the price of premium version very high for our company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very helpful for our sales management and customer relations management. lead management, Process automation, Campaign management, and social media integration are its features I like most and the features help me to manage customer details and their orders. The user interface is very easy I am using this application for a long time and it and its integration with other applications is a perfect for fast workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Tracking of team performance within a single dashboard. Saving time by automating manual tasks. Increased opportunities by reaching more leads , faster. Take-up drag and drop functionality via the sales cloud license salesforce allow you to change and automate our commercial activities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Connectivity with OS365 is limited and cumbersome to configure.

It is a great CRM that i highly recommend its use for your solution 10/10
