What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
Being a CRM platform, business growth is a very essential aspect. This platform allows us to track sales lifecycle, updates, delegate cases, the follow-up process, and much more which is not easily possible by human effort. Easy to work on the sales opportunities and keep a track of them through alerts. I can fetch the customized reports as well. Customization of field based on customer need is also a very important factor and trust me due to customization only this platform beating all other competitors. Most organizations are using Salesforce Cloud CRM to expedite growth and of course, credit goes to UI friendliness of the cool Dashboard.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with third parties and multi-platform & multi-language support adds greater value to this product. Integrates with practically anything (especially in combination with MuleSoft, which they now own) Trailhead provides excellent, free training to anyone. Even I did integration with MS Outlook, DocuSign, Skype for business and many more third-party applications. A superb report format that provides very detailed information with graphical and numerical representations. Even this platform helps us to send emails and manage calls with the customer because the clarity of data also helps us to know how many cases done so far very easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Flexibility is a double-edged sword, this platform is capable to do complex customization based on customer need but at the same time, execution complexity increases especially on lower-end memory devices. I personally observed performance issue on Android lower-end devices. License cost is a bit high but it’s no big concern because to have branded and reliable customer relationship management platform needs to invest a little more.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It will be very effective If someone is looking for the most flexible CRM platform which is capable of any kind of customization according to business need and also ready to work with any other third-party platform. I have also integrated Salesforce with ServiceNow so that any issue reported by customers in Salesforce automatically gets logged in service now as well.

What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
There are many more essential features that make this platform the most reliable and secure platform. According to me, integration and customisation features are the biggest assets for this platform. We can do the nth layer of customisation. Being a customer relationship management platform, business requirement variation is very high which leads to customisation and this platform handled customisation very beautifully. Integration with third-parties applications is also seamless and effective which reduce human manual efforts. I did integration with DocuSign, MSOutlook, "Skype for Business", etc seamlessly which is helpful in daily Work-life
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of this product is the "Ease of use". I really love the simplicity of this application. Due to the super cool magical dashboard, customisation till the nth layer is possible based on customer need. Each page has intuitive elements that are why likewise it is so neat and clean. Along with the dashboard, reports, campaigns, leads, etc. are easily accessible as well. This platform helps us to send emails and manage calls with the customer because the clarity of data also helps us to know how many cases done so far easily and post doing. Importantly this is a cloud-based platform that makes it strong secure and reliable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am a big fan of this application and at this point in time, I don't have any hate or dislike for this application. With the help of this application only we eliminate most of the manual processes which eventually reduces human efforts. I already mentioned UI/UX issues, especially on the Android family. Android family is an open-source platform to build the mobile application and it's hard to manage 100% user-friendliness on all Android size devices. Being a UI/UX developer, I understand this UI/UX issue is a generic issue but still team should keep trying to make it good. The good thing is UI issue does not come with less customisation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce is the world best CRM platform which is powered by AI. This platform is getting used in almost all industries. This is also very helpful to grow your startup or small business. So without any hesitation please go for it.

What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?
A superb report format that provides very detailed information with graphical and numerical representations. Even this platform helps us to send emails and manage calls with the customer because the clarity of data also helps us to know how many cases done so far very easily and post doing all report is ready. A layman can use a lot of hidden features of Salesforce CRM by using trailblazer activities which help to get to know "How to use different features of CRM". Salesforce eliminates all unnecessary human effort and makes life so easy during working which is the very first expectation from any software. Really I love this software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about Salesforce CRM is customisation according to need. Though my company is a leading large company, therefore, customisation plays a vital role based on business needs. This platform integrates another third party application which is also very helpful for us. Everything is organised very nicely. Especially integration of DocuSign eSignature for a digital signature on the final report is really seamless. Integration with the meetings platform is also required too much these days, I integrated Skype without any issue. With its intuitive UI, this platform has become super user-friendly, all credit goes to the magical dashboard
What do you dislike most about this product?
As of now, there is no critical issue I faced till now. But I would like to mention one point which is gonna helpful for everyone. If more customisation then UI should be dynamically designed based on customer need which is working perfectly fine. But sometimes I feel a little UI issue in a mobile application where screen size is small and a lot of variants of mobile screens are available. So, the Salesforce team should focus on small size device customisation should look perfect because that is directly or indirectly involved essential generated report. But trust me, according to my current need I did not face any issue even on mobile.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We used Salesforce to streamline our sales process, customer onboarding, and implementation. Everyone from sales, pre-sales engineering, customer success and GMs, actively use Salesforce at our organisation so please try once this platform will change your life.
